I operate as a one-person business, so to keep things running smoothly, prepayment is required for all residential bookings. This helps prevent cancellations and late payments — and ensures I can stay on time for the clients who value my work.
If you’re on NDIS, WorkCover, DVA or other government-funded programs, prepayment isn’t required — and I’ll handle the invoicing directly for you.
Concerned about payments? I’m happy to arrange flexible plans, Afterpay, or scheduled payments prior to your service so everything stays easy and stress-free.
