We recommend getting your gutters cleaned at least twice per year (every 6 months) to prevent buildup and potential damage to the home.


If you have gutter mesh, it takes 4 cleans per year to function correctly, as leaves sit on top of the mesh and break down into fine pieces, blocking up the gutters.


Client Terms & Conditions 


Property Maintenance: The client agrees to maintain the property in a tidy condition removing any obstacles, such as toys, furniture, or other items from the lawn prior to each mowing service. If the client fails to remove such items, the service provider may mow around them or move them, the client may be charged an additional fee.


Scope of Services: The lawn mowing and whipper snipping services provided do not include garden beds, paved or stone areas, or areas deemed not part of the lawn.


Access to Property: The client agrees  to provide the service provider with unrestricted access to the property during the agreed upon service hours.


Hazardous Conditions: The client acknowledges that there are no hazardous conditions on the property, including but not limited to, underground utilities, sharp objects, holes, or other hazards that could pose a risk to the Service Provider.


Weather Conditions: The client understands that mowing services may need to be postponed due to inclement weather conditions. In such cases, the service provider will reschedule the service at a later date.


Animals: The client agrees to remove or securely restrain all pets, livestock, and other animals from the lawn area prior to the arrival of the service provider. 

The service provider reserves the right to cease services to the property if animals are present.

Animal waste: The client agrees to remove all animal waste from the lawn area prior to our arrival for the lawn mowing services. 

In the event that animal waste is present on the lawn area during the service, We reserve the right to cease the service until the waste is cleared, or mow around them.


Pricing: The cost of lawn mowing services will be based on the size of the lawn, terrain, frequency of mowing, and any additional services requested. 

A quote will be provided to the customer before any services are commenced.


Pre payment is often required for one off / new clients


Payment Terms: Payment due upon completion of the work, (DUE ON RECIEPT) - allowing for 3 days for direct deposit.

7-14 days for commercial sites and government agencies.


Late Payments: Unpaid invoices will incur a fee of $10 for every 14 day period past due.


Consistent Late Payments: Client will be required to pay invoice upfront before next the service commences, alternatively - Service Terminated.


Cancellations: The customer may cancel a scheduled service although alternatively the price will be higher on the next cut due to handling more grass.


Clients pay for a spot in my busy schedule, please be respectful of my payment terms, if you require assistance with payment, don't hesitate to ask. I'm happy to make a payment arrangement. 

There are payment options available, such as PayPal pay in 4, which is accessible through online checkout.


In the past I have had clients ignore payment reminders, not communicate and not pay.

Its not wise to burn bridges, as our company will cease service and ensure the sum gets persued and collected by a third party debt collection agency.


* My company values common courtesy, respect and communication. 

When not recripricated, comes a time for pre payment, in some instances.


Property Damage: The service provider will take reasonable care to avoid damaging the customer's property while performing the mowing services. However, the service provider will not be liable for any property damage that is deemed to be outside of the service provider's control. Brads Mowing is Insured for public Liability and Property Damage. It is recommended to stay 15 metres away to prevent possible injury from flying objects.


Customer Satisfaction: The service provider strives to provide high-quality lawn mowing services and to exceed the customer's expectations. If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the mowing services, they should contact Brads Mowing n Maintenance within 12 hours of the completion of the work to discuss a resolution.


Non-payment: Brads Mowing n Maintenance reserves the right to use a collection agency to recover any outstanding debts. The client agrees to pay all reasonable collection and legal fees incurred by the lawn mowing service provider in the process of collecting any outstanding debts


By accepting this Quote / Invoice, the Client Acknowledges and agrees to The Terms and Conditions.
